An agreement between the London and India Docks Joint Committee for the construction of a steel fore and aft screw ferry boat, dated 29th June 1897. Also included is a specification, giving details of the required vessel and its machinery, and a blue print drawings showing sections and plans of the proposed vessel. There is also a handwritten note on the front stating that this referrers to the Royal Albert Dock Ferry number 108323 Mary.
